This release was compiled with Microsoft Visual Studio 2022. This is a bugfix and enhancement release for PuTTY CAC 0.77 that is based on the upstream PuTTY 0.77 code. This release merges upstream PuTTY 0.78 changes. PuTTY CAC will now disable these calls by default to avoid conflicting with these third-party credential providers. This was due to certain third-party credential providers (ActivClient, SecurID) being incompatible with the use of AddDllDirectory/SetDllDirectory within PuTTY. Addressed an issue where certificate dialog selection dialogs did not launch properly.Special thanks to and all those who helped address the issue in #101. This is a bugfix release for PuTTY CAC 0.78 that is based on the upstream PuTTY 0.78 code.
